- Responsible for managing and coordinating all marketing activities to build the brand and attract users.
- Orient and develop overall marketing strategies including both online and offline campaigns to ensure achieving business goals.
1. Professional work (main tasks related to the specific business of the job):
a. Overall marketing strategy and plan:
- Establish and develop long-term marketing strategies in line with the company&aposs development goals.
- Propose and implement quarterly and annual marketing plans, including budgets and resource allocation.
- Monitor market trends, analyze data and optimize marketing strategies.
b. Content & Creative Management:
- Monitor and approve content on media platforms such as websites, blogs, and social networks.
- Content strategy, including articles on curriculum, student and teacher achievements.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual and video content for communication campaigns.
c. Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other online channels.
- Ensure the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns through data analysis (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Propose methods to increase interaction and conversion on digital channels, including optimizing SEO and user experience (UX/UI).
d. Graphic design and branding:
- Ensure consistency in brand image and messaging across all platforms and communication channels.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to create engaging promotional materials, instructional materials and video content.
- Monitor the updating of design trends to maintain creativity and attraction.
e. Event organization and promotion:
- Plan and coordinate events such as seminars, recruitment days, and student experience activities.
- Manage brand promotion activities at offline events to attract customers and build a positive image.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of events and promotional activities after they end.
2. Management work (tasks related to organizing/evaluating/guiding/training... teams/staff):
- Managing and training staff in the Marketing department
- Dividing and controlling the work of each member in the department
3. Coordination work (tasks that need to be done with other departments/divisions/individuals):
- Cooperating with the Department to plan and implement campaigns and events to attract customers.
Job Requirements
- Education/major: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications and related fields.
- Professional/major certificate requirements (if any): Knowledge of Digital Marketing, understanding of SEO terms, Google Ads, content management...
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the marketing field, priority given to candidates with experience in the education or service industry.
- Professional capacity: Experience in managing and optimizing MKT campaigns and Partnership and Telesales management
- Management/leadership capacity: Experience in brand management and development, along with the ability to work with creative design teams. Strategic thinking, good analytical skills and the ability to work under high pressure. Excellent leadership, team management and communication skills.
- Priority/Advantage: Managing and building a Marketing team in the business field, especially in the education field, English center
