Head of Learning & Culture Development

Job Purpose

VinFast has grown rapidly in Vietnam and expanded its global presence across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

To strengthen employee capabilities, promote corporate values, enhance employee engagement, and foster a consistent organizational culture aligned with business objectives, we are currently looking for a Head of Learning & Culture Development (Talent Pool) to join our team in Hanoi.



Key Responsibilities

1. Foundational Learning & Development

• Design and deliver company-wide onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

• Develop, govern, and implement general, foundational, and mandatory training programs.

• Establish standardized learning frameworks and continuously improve training effectiveness.

2. Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement

• Develop, promote, and sustain corporate culture, core values, and behavioral standards.

• Drive employee engagement and culture transformation initiatives across the organization.

• Strengthen team management capabilities through relevant learning and development programs.

3. eLearning System Management

• Manage, operate, and continuously enhance the Company's eLearning system.

• Oversee digital learning content, platform utilization, and training completion tracking.

4. Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to align learning and culture initiatives with organizational priorities.

• Lead the Learning & Culture team, manage resources, and monitor functional performance and effectiveness.

  
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building and managing training program series rather than one-off activities in big corporates.

  
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong program design and project management skills.

• Ability to create engaging, motivating, and scalable programs.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong execution mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
