With a team of around 200-250 dedicated professionals, we're growing fast and need a dynamic HR leader to help us build a sustainable and scalable organization. The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Head of HR to serve as a strategic partner, shaping our people strategy and fostering a high-performance culture. Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Architect and execute a multi-year HR roadmap that directly supports the company's scaling objectives and long-term business vision.
• Culture & Organizational Development: Lead the evolution of our corporate identity. Design frameworks that foster high engagement, innovation, and a sense of purpose across the entire organization.
• Total Talent Strategy: Drive the end-to-end talent ecosystem—from executive search and employer branding to sophisticated performance management and robust succession planning for key leadership roles.
• Total Rewards & Wellness: Design and optimize a data-driven compensation and benefits architecture that balances market competitiveness with internal equity and fiscal responsibility.
• Change Management: Act as a lead facilitator for organizational change, helping the company navigate growth phases, restructuring, or shifts in business strategy with minimal friction.
• C-Suite Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to Founders and the CEO on human capital trends, organizational health, and risk management.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in culture building, talent management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people at all levels.
• An empathetic leader with a strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Working time and Location:

• Monday- Friday: 9.00am - 6.00pm
