Directly manage and supervise all activities of Card Operations Department

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Xy dng, gim st, qun l v ch o cc cng vic lin quan n hot ng vn hnh th ca Phng Vn hnh th, m bo cc sn phm, chc nng ca th lun lun hot ng mt cch n nh & hiu qu
Develop, oversee, manage and lead all activities of Card Operations Department; ensure the operations of card products & card functions are smoothly & efficiently
- Lm vic vi cc n vi trong & ngoi cng ty gii quyt cc vn pht sinh trn th & cc h thng lin quan, thng nht cc quy trnh vi cc bn cho ph hp vi tnh hnh hot ng thc t; ln k hoch, thc hin cc d n, xy dng cc tin ch, chng trnh u i cho sn phm th
Collaborate with internal & external Business units to solve error occurred on the card/ relevant systems; unify the processes between the parties to suit the actual business situation; plan, implement & develop projects, promotion program for card products

Plan for resources/ distribute resource/ budget/ organization chart for Department of each period time that suitable with situation and assuring to serve card business plan

Discuss with vendors and be responsible for contract/ scope of work that support for card operations
- Kim tra, cung cp cc bo cophn tch/bo co qun l v th phc v cho qu trnh ra quyt nh ca cp qun l lin quan n th tn dng
Review and provide all analysis, reports related to card operations provide to upper management level for any decision making related credit card
- Chu trch nhim qun l cc vn bn, quy trnh lm vic, cc bo co v cc vn bn khc lin quan n hot ng ca Phng. T chc xy dng, nh gi cht lng quy trnh, xut cc chng trnh/cng c, ng dng ci thin cht lng v hiu sut lm vic
Be responsible for controlling of documents, work-processing documents, reports and other documents relate to Card Operations Department. Oversee, review, assess the procedures and propose study program /tools, application support to improve efficiency and productivity

Education
- Tt nghip i hc chuyn ngnh Kinh t, Ngn hng, Ti chnh, Cng ngh thng tin
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, IT
Kinh nghim
Experience
- C kin thc ton din v nghip v th, k ton th v kinh nghim v h thng li ngn hng, h thng li th v pht trin d n th c u tin
- Knowledge overview about Card side, Card Accounting and Experience with bank core systems, Card core system or development of card project preferredC kinh nghim trong vic xt dng, pht trin quy trnh th
- Experience in built up and development the Card process managementt nht 08 nm kinh nghim th, 05 nm kinh nghim trong vn hnh th
- At least 08 years working experience related to bank card, 06 years experiences in operations activitiesIt nht 03 nm qun l trong mng ny
At least 03 years working experience in managerial position
