Position Objective
The Head of Agency Operations will lead the transformation and enhancement of agency support functions, focusing on digital adoption, operational efficiency, campaign readiness, and event management. This role is critical to elevating the support experience for the agency field force while driving simplification and quality.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize all agency support functions: campaign operations, digital tools, CSUS, incentives processing, and events.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Training, IT, and Finance to deliver seamless execution of support services.
- Drive adoption and utilization of new tools, dashboards, and systems in branches.
- Set clear KPIs for agency support and monitor execution performance.
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks; champion process simplification and standardization across regions.
- Co-develop and roll out the Agency Ops Playbook 2026.
Qualifications
- Agency Business Experience: 810 years across agency functions (e.g., compensation, ops, digital, campaign)
- Cross-functional Leadership: Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects
- Change Management Capability: Hands-on experience launching new platforms, processes, or tools
- Quality & Process Mindset: Ability to drive simplification and enforce operational standards.
