Head of Investment Banking & Advisory (Securities)
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Investment Banking & Corporate Advisory division, driving strategic growth and building a robust pipeline of high-impact deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute growth strategies for core services, including IPO, M&A, capital raising, restructuring, and ECM/DCM.
- Lead the advisory team in delivering innovative and value-driven solutions for clients.
2. Business Development & Deal Sourcing
- Identify, develop, and expand a strong network of potential clients, including SMEs, large enterprises, and FDI companies.
- Proactively source new business opportunities and drive client engagement to secure high-value mandates.
Qualifications
- 1015 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or advisory roles within a securities firm, investment fund, or investment bank.
- Proven expertise in deal sourcing, structuring, and execution.
- Strong leadership, client management, and strategic advisory skills.
- Extensive network within the local and regional financial market is a plus.
