Performance Campaign Management
As a Guru you will be accountable for:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) to meet and exceed business targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Trade, Sales, Product, and Data) to translate business needs into effective digital campaigns.
- Proactively connect with potential vendors to explore and test new ad features, platforms, and objectives to identify growth opportunities.
Mobile App Performance
- Manage and optimize paid performance plans to boost app installations and consumer engagement.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of app data to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Continuously develop and execute A/B tests to enhance the quality of app installs.
Data-driven Decision Making
- Build and maintain trustworthy dashboards for performance tracking and reporting.
- Analyze website and app traffic to guide and optimize paid channel campaigns.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with various teams to gather insights and identify new growth initiatives.
Others: Based on managers request, to maintain & optimize performance
We're Looking For Someone With
- 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a strong focus on large-scale branding campaigns and mobile app performance
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity to marketing and consumer metrics
- Proven record in running multi-channel campaigns with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with Data and Product to setup tracking flow for mobile app
- Ability to use marketing tools: Google Analytics (web, app), Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Appsflyer/ Adjust, SimilarWeb...
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Growth mindset, bias to actions and a can-do spirit
