Job Description

As a Marketing Lead, you'll architect and own the full marketing roadmap for a fast-scaling gaming brand-driving brand visibility, user acquisition, community engagement, and global reach. You'll lead creative direction, oversee execution, and transform insights into strategies that accelerate downloads and deepen player connection across multiple digital platforms.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing marketing strategy, brand development, and campaign execution.
• Experience in building marketing functions or brands from the ground up.
• Proven record of driving measurable growth through creative, data-driven campaigns.
• Strong expertise in go-to-market strategy, user acquisition, and retention optimization.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels-social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, influencer partnerships, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and applying data-backed improvements.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience collaborating across creative, product, and development teams.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Solid background in the gaming industry with a portfolio of successful marketing initiatives for gaming products or brands.

Your Daily Tasks

• Own and lead all marketing efforts from strategy to execution, taking full responsibility for the game's marketing success or failure.
• Drive downloads by designing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition.
• Research and analyze audience behavior to create player personas and understand user patterns across platforms.
• Strengthen brand visibility across social media, content platforms, and gaming communities.
• Oversee content strategy for posts, video ads, influencer campaigns, and all external-facing media.
• Lead creative direction for ads: decide content, visual/audio hooks, and performance improvements.
• Analyze CPI, CTR, and other ad analytics, producing reports and actionable insights.
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently and allocate resources toward high-performing channels.
• Boost community engagement across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Discord.
• Continuously optimize strategies using performance data, competitor insights, and market trends.
• Manage creative teams (artists, video editors, etc.) and oversee deadlines, deliverables, and campaign rollout.
• Provide insights on top-performing ads and use data to suggest game adjustments that align with what resonates with players.
