We're looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our Marketing department. You're a full-stack digital marketer with a performance mindset, experienced in media buying, performance marketing, SEO, analytics, and MarTech tools like HubSpot. You thrive on using data, platforms, and experimentation to drive results and optimise digital campaigns end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, CRM, and performance campaigns.
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
- Lead SEO strategy including technical audits, keyword strategy, and content optimisation.
- Use analytics platforms (e.g. GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar) to track performance and derive actionable insights.
- Leverage MarTech tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar for automation, CRM and lead nurturing.
- Work with CRO tools (e.g. VWO, Optimizely) to test and improve conversion rates across websites and landing pages.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, tech, and client servicing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Stay ahead of trends in performance marketing, marketing automation, AI in marketing, and platform updates.
- Contribute to monthly reporting and campaign reviews with actionable recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment
- Proven track record in managing performance campaigns and delivering ROI
- Strong understanding of media buying, SEO best practices, and MarTech tools
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot (or similar), GA4, and A/B testing platforms
- Comfortable working with data and translating insights into strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bonus: Experience in using AI tools for content, targeting, or performance optimisation
