Job Description

We're looking for a growth-focused SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team and help scale multiple brands including Lollypop Design Studio, Terralogic, Blazeup, and other brands under Terralogic.

This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just do SEO, but understands how organic growth ties directly to business goals, branding, and leads. You will work closely with content, design, tech, and business teams to build long-term SEO value across multiple markets.

What You Will DoStrategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business and brand goals
  • Plan and manage keyword strategy, content direction, and growth roadmaps
  • Conduct deep research on competitors, search trends, and audience behavior
On-Page & Technical SEO
  • Perform regular website SEO audits (technical, content, UX, performance)
  • Optimize:
  • Page structure
  • Internal linking
  • Core Web Vitals
  • Metadata & indexing
  • Collaborate with developers on:
  • Schema
  • Crawlability
  • HTML / CSS improvements
  • Site speed and architecture
Content & AI SEO
  • Guide the content team on:
  • Search intent mapping
  • Content clusters & topical authority
  • SEO-friendly structure and design
  • Optimize SEO for:
  • AI search engines
  • Featured snippets
  • Zero-click results
  • Voice & semantic search
  • Apply best practices for AI-driven SEO (entity SEO, E-E-A-T, content helpfulness)
Off-Page & Authority Building
  • Execute and monitor:
  • Link-building campaigns
  • Digital PR strategies
  • Outreach collaborations
  • Maintain backlink hygiene and authority growth
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor:
  • Rankings
  • Traffic
  • Conversions
  • Engagement metrics
  • Build and present:
  • Monthly performance reports
  • Growth insights
  • Actionable suggestions for optimization
  • Translate data into business-level insights, not just numbers

RequirementsExperience & Skills
  • Minimum 2+ years working as an SEO Specialist
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
