Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Global Business Development Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to spearhead growth initiatives and manage key client relationships. This senior role crucially contributes to shape ITD World's global business development agenda

The successful candidate takes ownership of strategic sales planning, key account management, regional and global project acquisition, and mentoring of business development staff. This position involves representing ITD World at the highest levels with multinational clients, closing global mega-projects, and may require traveling to support business development.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business development strategy for global and regional market and reports to the country head and leadership group.

Identify and secure large-scale projects in coaching, leadership development, and consulting.

Build strong relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders across industries and regions.

Lead key account management for major multinational clients, ensuring sustainable long-term partnerships.

Support Center Manager in business planning, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting.

Mentor and guide junior business development executives to achieve team performance targets.

Collaborate with marketing to design and deliver compelling campaigns and proposals.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of five years and above showcasing progressive experience in business development, ideally with exposure to professional services, consulting, or training industries.

Proven ability to lead high-value client accounts and close complex global projects.

Strong knowledge of sales strategy, competitive positioning, and cross-border business development.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with C-level executives.

Experience in coaching and mentoring sales staff.

Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/marketing automation tools.
