Key Responsibilities- Define and execute a 35 year growth roadmap to scale operations and revenue.
- Build, organize, and develop high-performing teams from early-stage to scale-up operations.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies to accelerate growth and reinforce Unisofts market position.
- Oversee all aspects of business operations including finance, product innovation, and organizational structure.
- Represent Unisofts in external relationships with partners, investors, and international stakeholders.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor senior leadership; establish scalable organizational models from startup to growth phase.
- Ensure product and service quality standards meet global technology trends.
- Report directly to the Board/CEO, proposing improvements and strategic adjustments when needed.
Your ProfileMust-have- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in operations, business management, or similar leadership roles.
- Strong background in Business Analysis capable of gathering, analyzing, and managing business requirements.
- Solid knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, applications, and business implications.
- Prior experience in small companies or startups, with proven ability to adapt to entrepreneurial and fast-changing cultures.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Nice-to-have- Experience working in AI, SaaS, or digital transformation companies.
- Familiarity with modern digital tools (ERP, HRIS, BI dashboards, Confluence, Jira, etc.).
- Track record in employer branding and building LinkedIn presence.
- Previous exposure to scaling organizations from startup to growth stage.
