Are you a seasoned hospitality leader with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury resort located abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee daily resort operations to ensure the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate a diverse team across all departments including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Recreation.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with international hospitality standards, health & safety, and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with guests, partners, and the local community.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in senior management roles within healing resorts
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Solid financial acumen and experience with P&L responsibility.
- International work experience is highly preferred.
- Willing to relocate to work oversea.
