General Accounting

A/ JOB DESCRIPTION

• Verify and compare detailed and general data.
• Check accounts and transaction balances for accuracy.
• Ensure consistency between detailed reports and ending balances. Handle accounting for income, expenses, fixed assets, debts, and other operations.
• Declare and report taxes (PIT, CIT, VAT, contractor tax) and prepare final settlements.
• Monitor and manage company debts, propose provisions, and handle bad debts.
• Maintain accounting records, prepare financial and explanatory reports (quarterly, semi annual, annual).
• Guide accounting operations and participate in inspections and inventories.
• Optimize accounting methods and reporting.
• Provide data and explanations to management and regulatory authorities.
• Recommend improvements and ensure proper data storage.
• Working hour: Mon Fri (8:30 AM 5:30 PM).

B/ JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor&aposs degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
• At least 2 years of experience in general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, tax regulations, and management.
• Analytical and financial control skills.
