Job Description

Heres your mission:

Provide proper oversight of expenditures/ revenue collections in order to successfully support the operations of the company and support delivering timely and accurate financial reporting.

Heres what you will do day-to-day:

Track, monitor and handle the debts of the clients/enterprise,...and account receivable and payable.
Check the accuracy and completeness of supporting documents for the transactions before processing.
Follow the invoicing and payment processes.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
Prepare weekly debt payment notice, and follow up debt customers.
Ensure all regular accounting processes such as A/P and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.
Ensure all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.
Prepare reports on contract performance and general information on debts to BOD.
Other tasks assigned by the Leader team.

Here&aposs who we are looking for:

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant majors.
Knowledge/ Experience: 2-3 years experience in accounting; experience in Accounting receivable
Skills:Good at excel, time management, communication.
Attitude: Hardworking; Willing to take on a new role/assignment; Positive and professional attitude, well-poised; Able to work individually and teamwork; Responsible, trustworthy, careful, willing to learn new things
