Position OverviewAccountants play a critical role in the success of any business. At TRG, our Accounting team ensures financial accuracy, compliance, and supports key decision-making.
We are seeking anexperienced Accountantwith 23 years of solid working experience. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of accounting activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting financial management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, review, and verify vendor invoices and supporting documents.
- Record invoices, accruals, and prepayments in the accounting system accurately and on time
- Process payment transactions against vendor invoices.
- Perform monthly/quarterly vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Process month-end closing with accurate AP balances and schedules.
- Provide documentation for internal and external audits.
- Handle vendor queries on payments and invoice status.
- Support in the budgeting process and forecasting.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
What You Need- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 23 years of relevant working experience in accounting (experience in F&B or service industry is an advantage).
- Having an officialChief Accountant Certificateis a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAS, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one accounting software (SunSystems is a strong plus).
- Good command of both English and Vietnamese (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent is preferred).
- High integrity, ethics, accuracy, and responsibility in handling financial data.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Friendly, cooperative, and eager to learn and grow.
