General Accountant

DigiBird is a digital transformation consulting and software development company in Vietnam. We provide IT consulting services and integrated digital solutions tailored to each client, aiming to meet the specific needs of SMEs in adopting technology and driving digital transformation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Finance & Cash Flow Management (60%)

Advise and support the CEO in financial management, organization, monitoring of accounting and reporting activities in compliance with legal regulations.

Manage cash flow to ensure financial efficiency.

Develop financial plans, manage budgets, and balance expenses to achieve annual business goals.

Monitor, analyze, and prepare financial reports and management reports for the Board of Directors and investors.

Prepare documents for fundraising/investment activities.

2. Accounting & Tax (25%)

Perform general accounting tasks: bookkeeping, reconciliation, and review of accounting records.

Prepare and submit periodic tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT).

Support quarterly/annual financial audits.

3. Social Insurance & Payroll Support (15%)

Coordinate with HR in managing employee records, contracts, and payroll.

Provide guidance and solutions for HR regarding social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance procedures (increase/decrease, settlement, adjustments).

Ensure compliance in payroll accounting, social insurance, and personal income tax.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or equivalent.

2 3 years of experience as a general accountant, covering finance tax internal accounting.

Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, social insurance, and labor law.

Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Misa, Fast, Bravo, or equivalent).

Careful, honest, responsible, and able to work independently.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to advise and support financial management for leadership.

Preference for candidates with experience working directly with tax authorities/auditors.

Required to have a personal laptop.

WORKING HOURS & LOCATION

Working hours: On-site, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Monday Friday).
