General Accountant

We are looking for a GENERAL ACCOUNTANT to support our Trading & E-commerce business operations, with a focus on healthcare and wellness products.

This position is ideal for candidates with accounting experience in the Healthcare industry and a solid understanding of trading, product distribution, or E-commerce operations.

We are particularly interested in professionals with a strong foundation in general accounting, the ability to manage the full accounting cycle independently, and the flexibility to handle diverse accounting activities in a dynamic business environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take responsibility for the full accounting cycle, including daily accounting entries, account reconciliations, and periodic month-end closing.

• Monitor and reconcile sales revenue, platform fees, discounts, refunds, and settlements across E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).

• Manage inventory by SKU, batch, and expiration date; calculate and monitor cost of goods sold (COGS) and landed costs for imported products.

• Monitor accounts receivable and payable (AR/AP), perform bank reconciliations, oversee cash transactions, and prepare cash flow reports.

• Handle tax filings (VAT, CIT, PIT), manage electronic invoices, and ensure compliance with applicable Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.

• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and periodic accounting reports as required by Management.

• Liaise directly with tax authorities, banks, auditors, and other relevant stakeholders within the assigned scope of responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in general accounting, with the ability to independently manage the full accounting cycle.

Hands-on accounting experience in E-commerce operations.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Healthcare Products.

Experience in inventory accounting, cost accounting, import operations, and product distribution.

Solid knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and electronic invoicing; proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Ability to work independently, proactively resolve accounting issues, and take responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively and use English confidently in a professional working environment.
