Job Description

Function: Marketing, E-commerce & Trade Marketing

Sub-function: Trade Marketing

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Direct reports to: Trade Marketing Associate Director

Direct Reports: Game Plan Supervisor, Game Plan Executive

Total headcount supervised: 2

Key contacts:

Internal: Trade Marketing, Marketing, Revenue Management, Sales Teams

External: Activation Agencies, Operations Partners

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consumer Engagement & Game Plan Execution
  • Translate brand strategies into visually impactful, locally relevant consumer experiences across retail environments.
  • Oversee creative development, manage agency briefings, and ensure brand consistency across all activation touchpoints.
  • Lead project based tasks including: timelines, task ownerships, and communication flows.
  • Ensure activations meet aesthetic standards, regulatory compliance, and business objectives.
  • Track execution, monitor ROI, and recommend optimizations to maximize investment efficiency.
  • Leverage consumer/shopper insights to develop activation ideas that grow share of handler in outlets.
  • Conduct structured reviews of executed campaigns to summarize learnings, measure impact, and identify optimization opportunities for future programs.
  • Program Operations
  • Manage event/store selection, licensing, and agency execution.
  • Supervise agency and partner performance for quality and timeliness.
  • Ensure programs are delivered on budget and within deadlines.
  • Project Management (Major Campaigns)

Act as PMO for key strategic campaigns such as Summer Campaign and TET Campaign: coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, organize alignment meetings, manage timelines, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Industry Experiences: At least 5 years of commercial experience in FMCG.
  • Position Experiences: At least 2 years of trade marketing/brand activation
  • Language: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English)
  • Computer:Skillful in computer software: Excel, Words, Powerpoint etc

Knowledge/ Skills:

  • Strong ownership, problem solving, and project management skills.
  • Analytical ability to track and optimize ROI.
  • Proficient in stakeholder and agency management.
  • Good communication in Vietnamese & English.
  • Highly self-motivated and being able to motivate the team
  • Other Requirements: Mobility for frequent market visit purpose during & out of working hours
