Job Objectives
- Develop training plans for the assigned Operations (OPs) region.
- Ensure training and development programs for staff and managers are implemented fully and on schedule.
- Monitor and assess employee competencies.
- Update new programs and training content according to each phase, aligned with learners needs.
- Analyze and propose strategies for professional and leadership competency development for OPs managers.
- Attract and retain talent through career path planning and employee training.
- Train, supervise, and manage the training team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop Training Plans for OPs
- Proactively collaborate with Regional Managers/HRBPs to identify and analyze training needs regarding technical and behavioral competencies.
- Build annual/quarterly training plans for the OPs division based on OPs needs and Jollibee Vietnams business objectives.
- Analyze and propose ad-hoc training plans to address urgent needs of the OPs division.
2. Ensure Training Programs Are Delivered Effectively and On Schedule
- Coordinate with internal/external trainers on training content to evaluate relevance and effectiveness.
- Organize training courses according to approved annual/quarterly or urgent priorities.
- Directly deliver behavioral competency training programs for management teams.
- Handle training logistics within the approved budget (venues, meals, materials, etc.) for trainers and participants.
- Prepare training reports as required in SLA.
- Source, evaluate, and select training providers or service vendors (F&B, venues, etc.) to optimize budget and training effectiveness.
3. Monitor and Evaluate Learners Competencies
- Guide learners and managers in applying acquired knowledge to their work and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Monitor and assess learning outcomes according to training plans within specified application timelines.
- Report employees training application results to direct managers within set deadlines.
- Update training history monthly via email/shared drive.
- Analyze post-training evaluation data and propose follow-up actions in coordination with area and regional managers.
4. Update Training Programs and Content
- Review and design OPs training programs annually based on competency frameworks to enhance training quality.
- Develop e-learning training content for OPs staff.
- Regularly update training methodologies, testing, and competency assessment tools.
5. Talent Attraction and Retention
- Develop and implement training roadmaps for each OPs position.
- Systemize and standardize OPs training curriculum.
- Participate in Talent Review sessions for the OPs division.
- Implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) effectively for OPs talents.
6. Other Duties
- Train and supervise staff within the department to enhance performance capabilities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in training management and capability development strategy (at Supervisor/Manager level).
- Age: 3035.
- Good communication in English.
- Experience in training and organizational capability development.
- Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and coaching skills.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Economics.
