Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented E-Commerce Marketing Assistant Manager to drive online sales, brand awareness, and digital transformation for Guardian. This role will partner closely with the E-Commerce Manager & lead E- Marketing team to enhance UI/UX for Web/App, develop creative assets, and execute data-driven marketing strategies across all online sales channels
Job Description:
1.UI/UX Management:
- Lead UI/UX development and optimization for Guardians Website and App to ensure a seamless, engaging shopping experience.
- Collaborate with Tech-hub and Regional Digital teams to implement new features, user journey improvements, and interface updates.
- Manage creative assets and oversee set-up on the Magento system to ensure consistent branding and smooth functionality.
2. Marketing Performance:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize performance across all online channels (Marketplace, Web/App, Social Commerce).
- Monitor KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, and campaign ROI to continuously improve performance
3. Content & Campaign Management:
- Oversee product content and A+ visuals across platforms, ensuring high-quality listings and compliance with brand standards.
- Plan and execute online campaigns, product launches, and promotions in collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
4. Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration:
- Partner with suppliers and brands to develop co-marketing activities supporting annual revenue goals.
- Manage and coordinate with creative, media, and digital agencies for end-to-end campaign execution.
5. Project & Team Coordination:
- Lead assigned projects with strong time management and attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to align on e-commerce and digital initiatives.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with e-commerce, digital marketing, and UX/UI trends to propose innovative solutions
- Contribute to shaping Guardians long-term digital strategy and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- University Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields
- Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and presentation skills)
- Hands-on experience with Magento (mandatory); experience with Insider platform is a strong plus
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset and strong willingness to learn and adapt
- Proven ability to develop strategic planning and creative concepts
- Strong analytical skills to extract insights from data and optimize marketing performance
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and latest digital formats
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional and regional teams
