Full Stack Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and analyze business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs and expected outcomes.
• Design high-quality technical solutions that address business requirements while carefully evaluating different approaches, including their pros and cons, technical trade-offs, scalability, maintainability, performance, security, and operational impact.
• Participate in software architecture and integration design, particularly when connecting with external or enterprise systems, ensuring solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with overall architectural standards.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the software development lifecycle, including solution design, implementation, code review, testing, troubleshooting, release preparation, and post-production support.
• Work closely with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth and reliable deployments across testing, staging, and production environments, and contribute to improving CI/CD practices where applicable.
• Proactively monitor production systems, identify potential issues or abnormal behavior at an early stage, perform root-cause analysis, and implement appropriate preventive or corrective actions.
• Regularly review existing systems, architecture, source code, and operational practices to identify technical risks, bottlenecks, technical debt, and improvement opportunities, and proactively propose practical solutions.
• Contribute to engineering best practices through code reviews, technical discussions, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of software quality, reliability, maintainability, and development processes.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 4-6 YOE in Software Development
• Strong experience in Java or NodeJS
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MSSQL)
• Strong in code debugging, code review, and best practices
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue)
• Strong communicator (verbal/non-verbal), good English
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong testing mindset: unit, integration, component, contract tests
• End-to-end ownership: design → code → deploy → monitor → improve

Nice-to-have:

• Familiar with observability tools (Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus)
• Familiar with cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) or k8s
• Familiar with microservices / SOA / event-driven architectures
• Experience with production systems, incident handling, troubleshooting
• Understanding of performance, reliability, security, compliance, scalability
• Ability to clearly explain trade-offs in solution design
