Role Description The Food Server role at DON CAFE & DINING is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Food Server is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages in a timely manner. Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, checking orders for accuracy, coordinating with the kitchen team, and processing payments. The Food Server also responds to guest inquiries, manages special requests, and helps maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. This role contributes to a smooth service flow and a positive guest experience throughout each shift.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
Foundational Food & Beverage and Food Service skills, including basic knowledge of menu items and service standards.
Basic Cooking awareness helpful for understanding preparation times and ingredients when communicating with guests.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stand and move for extended periods.
Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is an advantage but not required.
Willingness to learn, follow health and safety regulations, and support a respectful, inclusive workplace.
