Job Description:
Reporting to Finance Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Implement/coordinate in the projects to improve payment processes, payment experience and cost efficiency including: create overall checklists, design operation flows, assist in handling issues, and provide monitoring dashboards/reports.
- Analyze operational metrics and highlight the insights, challenges in operations as well as propose solutions/initiatives with supporting data.
- Liaise closely with stakeholders to manage and ensure smooth payment flow to our customer and partners such as user, merchant and driver.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues.
- Maintain payment & other related reports up to date.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably experience in performance improvement for e-commerce, consulting, or relevant industries.
- Experience in using analytical skills and leveraging data to uncover insights, develop solutions, and analyze impacts.
- Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail and working individually and with others, resourceful in getting the job done.
- Good verbal and written presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
