Job Description

Internal Title: Distributor Salesmans Management Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and update Distributor Salesmans roles to reflect business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive job descriptions and competency frameworks.
  • Define tools, KPIs, and reward schemes associated with Distributor Salesmans performance.
  • Partner with Commercial Leaders to align the Distributor Salesmans role with strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track Distributor Salesmans KPIs and ensure performance visibility.
  • Support Distributor Salesmans with training, coaching, and capability development programs.
  • Manage Below-the-Line (BTL) budgets effectively to support sales initiatives.
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of commercial processes impacting Distributor Salesmans performance.

Skills and Requirements:

  1. A background in Sales, HR, Commercial Excellence, or Organizational Development is desirable.
  2. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  3. Strong analytical skills and experience in KPI management and dashboard creation.
  4. Experience in designing roles, competencies, and remuneration frameworks.
  5. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  6. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
