Internal Title: Distributor Salesmans Management Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and update Distributor Salesmans roles to reflect business priorities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive job descriptions and competency frameworks.
- Define tools, KPIs, and reward schemes associated with Distributor Salesmans performance.
- Partner with Commercial Leaders to align the Distributor Salesmans role with strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track Distributor Salesmans KPIs and ensure performance visibility.
- Support Distributor Salesmans with training, coaching, and capability development programs.
- Manage Below-the-Line (BTL) budgets effectively to support sales initiatives.
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of commercial processes impacting Distributor Salesmans performance.
Skills and Requirements:
- A background in Sales, HR, Commercial Excellence, or Organizational Development is desirable.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in KPI management and dashboard creation.
- Experience in designing roles, competencies, and remuneration frameworks.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
