OVERVIEW: As the Leadership Training Design & Consultant at The New Leaders, you will serve as a consultant for leadership training, designing customized programs in the most creative and innovative training approaches. Besides, you will contribute to develop engaging educational content to enhance The New Leaders presence and offerings.
This is a fulltime opportunity.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Training Designer
- Develop training materials and products tailored to specific needs.
- Design both online and offline training programs (short-term and long term programs) including workshops, events and following up journey.
- Work with customers and trainers to design and tailor the trainings and measure the outcomes.
Coaching & Consulting
- Identify customers&apos specific needs and consult on leadership training programs for businesses, organizations, and individuals.
- Support facilitate leadership training based on the framework and structure from Harvard, Cornell, Oxford and related development sessions.
- Deliver interactive and engaging group and individual practice/ coaching to participants from diverse backgrounds.
- Inspire and empower The New Leaders community to implement emotional intelligent leadership in practice.
Content Development/Writing
- Produce informative, educational and engaging content for various purposes, including educational materials, blog posts, and educational video scripts.
- Support Content & Development teams with insights, direction, and content production.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Experience & Expertise
- At least 5 years of working experience in instructional design or learning design.
- Professional coaching, training design experience, and leadership or managerial roles are preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of instructional design, training tools, and the ability to apply various methodologies effectively in leadership contexts.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in education, particularly in enhancing training, gamification, and interactive learning experiences.
- Ability to stay updated on emerging tech trends in education and leadership development.
- Creativity and ability to develop new approaches in training.
- Experience using art (e.g., painting, music, dance) in designing learning experiences is a plus.
Communication & Collaboration
- Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to facilitate discussions and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening, research, collaboration, and time management skills.
