Job Description

This is a full-time on-site Factory Manager role located in Quang Ngai, Vietnam. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production schedules, maintaining quality control standards, and managing resources. The role also includes leading a production team, optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and meeting production targets on time and within budget.

Required working experience

·      Strong skills in Production Management and Manufacturing Operations

·      Expertise in Production Planning and ensuring streamlined workflows

·      Proficiency in Quality Control processes and maintaining product standards

·      Experience in Operations Management for efficient use of resources and time

·      Leadership and team management abilities to oversee production staff

·      Problem-solving skills and capacity to handle high-pressure situations

·      Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desired

Required qualifications

·     Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
