Job Description

This is a full-time on-site Factory Manager role located in Quang Ngai, Vietnam. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production schedules, maintaining quality control standards, and managing resources. The role also includes leading a production team, optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and meeting production targets on time and within budget.

Required working experience

Strong skills in Production Management and Manufacturing Operations

Expertise in Production Planning and ensuring streamlined workflows

Proficiency in Quality Control processes and maintaining product standards

Experience in Operations Management for efficient use of resources and time

Leadership and team management abilities to oversee production staff

Problem-solving skills and capacity to handle high-pressure situations

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desired

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
