Job Description

I. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transactions with international clients, providing consultation and addressing all inquiries related to the companys sales and business activities; promptly escalate customer complaints to relevant departments.
  • Develop and expand the customer base; identify new business opportunities; build and maintain strong client relationships; manage and update customer database.
  • Coordinate client visits, including factory tours, ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand and respond to their needs regarding products and services.
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts and production orders; monitor and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
  • Identify new markets and sales channels aligned with the companys production capabilities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and performance objectives.
  • Stay informed on company products, food safety regulations, and industry trends; conduct competitor analysis to provide timely business recommendations.
  • Oversee export-related operations in compliance with internal policies; ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all documents.
  • Provide timely sales and performance reports to the Department Head and Business Development Board, as required.

II. Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree or higher.
  • Major: International Trade, Economics, Law, Business Administration, or related fields; solid knowledge of importexport operations and international commerce.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and/ Chinese, Japanese, Korean; strong communication skills.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in food export sales or related positions.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
