Manage transactions with international clients, providing consultation and addressing all inquiries related to the companys sales and business activities; promptly escalate customer complaints to relevant departments.
Develop and expand the customer base; identify new business opportunities; build and maintain strong client relationships; manage and update customer database.
Coordinate client visits, including factory tours, ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand and respond to their needs regarding products and services.
Prepare and manage sales contracts and production orders; monitor and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
Identify new markets and sales channels aligned with the companys production capabilities.
Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and performance objectives.
Stay informed on company products, food safety regulations, and industry trends; conduct competitor analysis to provide timely business recommendations.
Oversee export-related operations in compliance with internal policies; ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all documents.
Provide timely sales and performance reports to the Department Head and Business Development Board, as required.
II. Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree or higher.
Major: International Trade, Economics, Law, Business Administration, or related fields; solid knowledge of importexport operations and international commerce.
Languages: Proficiency in English and/ Chinese, Japanese, Korean; strong communication skills.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in food export sales or related positions.
Mobility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
