What Youll Do

Drive the rollout and operations of Baseus-branded zones in top key accounts (MWG, CellphoneS, Viettel Store, FPT Shop, etc.)

Manage daily store operations: product availability, stock health, sell-out targets, in-store promotions, and profitability

Own merchandising execution and brand visibility at partner stores

Analyze sell-out data and customer behavior to improve campaign effectiveness and follow-up strategy

Observe the market, competitors, and internal performance to build custom product strategies for each KA partner

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to make sure everything runs like clockwork

Who Were Looking For

23 years of experience in consumer electronics, distribution, or retail chains

A go-getter with strong ownership, energy, and a growth mindset

Good with data from tracking to analyzing and turning it into action

Confident communicator and team player

Experience with top retailers in Vietnam is a big plus!
