We are seeking a full-time Executive, Sales B2B (Outbound) who is passionate about the Vietnam Tourism Industry, especially in the Outbound Tours and Activities field. You will play a key role in building long-lasting relationships with Clients in our B2B community by consulting the best business solution for Clients. Therefore, you should be super proactive, understand our products enough to advise Clients. You should also have excellent sales skills, customer service skills, and communication skills.
Success in this position requires a strong background in Tourism, results-oriented management with excellent follow-through and attention to detail; strong and persuasive communication skills; solid technology skills; and a flexible, entrepreneurial orientation. The ideal candidate must be proactive and creative to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment where prioritizing and multitasking are the norm.
Scope Of Work
- Acquisition
- Searching for new customers according to the company&aposs orientation
- Ask for information and create an account for the new agents
- Training agents to use B2D system
- Push Sale
- Introduce the company&aposs key products to customers through social networking sites, email, zalo, phone
- Consulting and supporting customers on business activities, promoting increased sales related to tourism products
- Introduce the company&aposs promotions to customers
- Track and report orders/Topup of all agents in charge
- Handling arising problems related to the order in charge
- Other Tasks
- Coordinate with other departments to solve customer requirements
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualification Required
- Strong background in Tourism or E-commerce (>1 years)
- Work experience as a salesman
- Fluent English and Vietnamese speaker
- Exceptional client service skills and enjoy working with people
- Data-driven, superior attention to detail
- High energy, proactive, positive, professional attitude; take pride in work product
- Strong computer skills to include: Microsoft Office and experience in using OTA extranet (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently
- Have great teamwork skills, as well as individual initiative
