What Youll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to expand the company&aposs client base
  • Conduct outreach & follow-ups with current and new clients
  • Track client interactions and maintain records
  • Evaluate opportunities to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and retention
  • Receive and analyze client briefs; support in developing proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Negotiate, sign, and execute contracts with clients while providing customer service before, during, and after contract signing.
  • Work closely with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service quality.
  • Conduct regular progress reports to the Manager

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in an agency with related roles such as Account, Sales, Business Development
  • Experience in the e-commerce/ media industry
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English languages; Chinese is a plus
  • Strong skills in writing and presenting digital proposals, negotiation, and communication.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
