Manage tenants database, particulars, and property details and ensure all information details are properly filed into the system.
Prepare all legal documents including Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreements, liquidation agreement, short-term lease, signage agreement etc.
Manage and ensure SOPs of leasing process are followed through from lease proposal approval stage to Tenancy Agreement signing stage.
Chase outstanding debt to the tenants directly.
Process refunds of deposits
Update mall reports
Update prospects list
Follow up with payments for contractors and suppliers
Manage inventory of marketing materials, assist to prepare/update marketing & presentation kits.
Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor/the head of department from time to time.
1-3 years relevant experience.
Able to communicate in English.
Competencies in Microsoft Office and ability to learn & take on other back-office software such as SAP.
Meticulous and careful in ensuring prepared documents are accurate. Good office and organisational skills and is patient in dealing with paperwork & files.
Possess good customer service mindset to collaborate with colleagues and as may be required to interface with tenants from time to time.
Organized, responsible with a positive, can-do spirit.
