We are seeking a Leasing Executive to join our team. This role focuses on identifying and developing potential tenants for residential, shophouse, and retail spaces in our high-end projects. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, experience in the premium retail/leasing segment, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with agencies, landlords, and major tenants.
I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop potential tenants for residential, shophouse, and retail spaces in SonKim Lands premium projects.
- Collect and analyze market trends, update property listings and rental rates to advise owners and clients.
- Work directly with related departments, SonKim Group, and relevant stakeholders in leasing transactions.
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements; prepare and present rental proposals for management approval.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leasing agencies and key corporate clients.
- Manage leasing documents and ensure all legal procedures are accurate and on time.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports; perform other duties assigned by the line manager.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 23 years of experience in shophouse/retail leasing, preferably in the luxury segment.
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills; ability to present rental packages to top management.
- Well-connected with agencies and experienced in handling major tenants/ key accounts.
- Good command of English (spoken & written).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Professional appearance, confident, dynamic, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
III. WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Working Time: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Mon - Fri;
- Location: District 1, HCMC
