Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities within construction, real estate, and design sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
- Promote Floordi products through direct presentations, proposals, and site visits.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals aligned with company policies.
Project Management & Coordination
- Track project pipelines from design to execution, ensuring Floordi is included in project specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Represent Floordi at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Provide technical advice, product samples, and after-sales support to partners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term business partnerships.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in project sales / B2B sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or interior products.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex decision-making processes.
- Knowledge of the construction/project ecosystem (contractors, developers, architects, designers).
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency preferred.
