We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Housekeeper to join our leadership team, ensuring exceptional housekeeping standards while fostering a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all Housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Develop and implement housekeeping procedures, quality standards, and operational controls in line with five-star hospitality expectations.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the Housekeeping team to achieve consistent service excellence and operational efficiency.
Manage departmental budgets, staffing, scheduling, inventory, linen, uniforms, and operating expenses effectively.
Conduct regular inspections, monitor guest feedback, and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
Promote sustainable housekeeping practices, responsible resource management, and continuous operational improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

College degree or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Housekeeping management role, preferably within a four- or five-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on management approach.
Sound knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality control, cost management, and team development.
Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
A proactive mindset, strong teamwork spirit, and commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
