Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ESG Client Development Manager located in the Hanoi Capital Region. The ESG Client Development Manager will be responsible for conducting market research and staying updated on ESG trends and regulations at both domestic and international levels. The role involves developing and executing strategies for client development and the expansion of ESG services, as well as leading marketing and branding initiatives. The individual will also build strategic partnerships with enterprises, associations, green investment funds, and international organizations, while managing and guiding teams to deliver sustainable growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in ESG service development, at least (ESG experience is an advantage);
• Experience in planning/strategy for developing of ESG services;
• Strong skills in market research, analysis, and solution design;
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and client / partner engagement skills;
• High ability to be proactive in work and problem solving;
• Proficiency in English (mandatory); additional languages are advantages;
• Advanced proficiency in office software; proficiency in AI tools is required.
