The Opportunity
Our esteemed client, a leading Hong Kongheadquartered global immigration consultancy providing professional solutions for residency, citizenship, and visa programs across the US, Canada, and the European Union. They are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial BD Manager to spearhead our entry into the Vietnam market.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote immigration services (US, Canada, EU programs) in Vietnam.
- Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals, families, and entrepreneurs interested in overseas residency or citizenship.
- Convert prospects into clients through professional consultation, solution selling, and high-quality client service.
Partnerships & Networking
- Build strategic relationships with local law firms, real estate agencies, wealth managers, and education consultancies.
- Represent the company at seminars, networking events, and industry conferences to raise brand awareness.
Client & Business Management
- Manage clients across the entire sales cycle, ensuring confidentiality and premium service standards.
- Independently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports, market insights, and competitor updates to the MD in Hong Kong.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- At least 5 years of sales/business development experience; background in immigration, real estate, financial advisory, or wealth management preferred.
- Strong client network with ability to attract high-value clients.
- Independent, entrepreneurial, and able to work without daily supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus).
- Willing to travel domestically and occasionally regionally.
