Profile

We are looking for a talented Sales & Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the preferably in the bathroom, furniture or design sector.

The resource will directly report to the Country Manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to reach retail and project targets in the reference area;
• Responsible to identify key retailers of the area working in the luxury segment and to build long-term collaborations;
• Responsible to define customer plans, based on annual and 3-years growth targets that take into account the value chain (from sell-in to sell-out price);
• Responsible to carefully prepare updates on the performances of the reference area for each periodic review with the zone director;
• Represent the brand in a good attitude and build up the brand awareness among the stakeholders;
• Business intelligence on the market on products, players, pricing and R&D;
• Cooperate with our HQ back-office team to provide the client with the best service in terms of quality and timing.

Key Requirements

• Resident in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam;
• Have an existing network in the world of bathroom / house technology;
• Technical background in the sanitary industry;
• Local language mother tongue, fluent in English language;
• Flexibility to travel in the region.
