About the role

As an Enterprise Architect Manager, you will lead the definition of enterprise-wide technology architecture and guide organizations through large-scale digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business and technology executives to align business strategy with technology capabilities, establish architecture governance, and design future-state architectures that enable sustainable business growth.

Work you will do

• Assess clients current technology landscape and identify architecture improvement opportunities.
• Design enterprise, application, data, and technology architectures aligned with business and digital transformation objectives.
• Develop target-state architecture and technology roadmaps to support business growth and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable architecture solutions.
• Support architecture governance by ensuring solutions comply with enterprise standards, best practices, and technology principles.

Let us Talk About You

If you are someone with:

• Vietnamese candidate currently residing and working in Hanoi, Vietnam.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, business administration or a related field. 
• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, IT Transformation, or Solution Architecture.
• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale architecture initiatives within consulting firms or large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent methodologies.
• Experience in designing Business, Application, Data, and Technology Architectures.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), API integration, microservices, enterprise integration, and modern application architecture.
• Experience developing target architecture, technology roadmaps, and supporting architecture governance.
• Experience delivering digital transformation, cloud migration, application modernization, or enterprise integration initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector (Core Banking, Payments, Digital Banking, Trade Finance, Treasury, Risk, etc.) is an advantage.
• TOGAF certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to prepare client-ready deliverables and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
