Job Description

We're building a fintech platform and there are certainly a lot of things to do. As part of the team, you'll encounter both technical and business challenges on a daily basis. Below is some examples that we believe you will find it interesting.

Tech challenges:
Performance optimization (slow DB queries, High latency API,...)
Micro-service design (domain driven design, decoupling service,...)
Async processing
Service logging & monitoring
Business challenges:
Large enterprise support with thousands of record
Pay as you go charging

This role expects a strong security mindset, with a clear understanding of data privacy, credential protection, device security, and the responsible use of corporate systems, tools, and accounts.

Your Day Will Be Like

Develop BtoB applications having a massive amount of data from scratch
Design a complex architecture which includes API linkage to external systems
Quickly fix system failures or abnormalities by monitoring or notifications
Improve CI/CD for the delivery of a product
Introduce tools, systems and cultures for efficient development
Develop fundamental skills of team members
Lead development with scrum

Requirements

Must-have:

Having 8+ years of total experience, 4+ years in Golang
Having experience in operation of an application on a production environment
Experience in improving application performance
Experience with Agile development
Having a strong product mindset
Experience with Microservices
Strong sense of ownership
Having the ability to use English at work
Experience with daily AI tool and AI workflow design
For Principal level, we also expect that candidate can build and review technical architecture, have the ability to provide solution for technical problems and train junior members in the team.
