Job Description:

  • Strategic Initiatives: Develop and initiate strategies and projects designed to counter competitor activities and maximize Shopee's growth in the content domain.
  • Product Growth: Drive the end-to-end delivery of new engagement features, aligning business needs with product teams from ideation to launch. Manage all product features related to Live Video and Affiliate to ensure growth and impact.
  • Ecosystem Monitoring: Oversee content and affiliate performance across the full funnel, ensuring visibility of results from multiple perspectives, including category, supply and buyer segments, as well as platform entry points.
  • Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with Regional teams to align on reporting standards and strategic directions, ensuring consistency and coherence across markets.
  • Reporting: Deliver high-level reports that cover business performance, identify key challenges, and provide strategic recommendations for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+year experience in project management and the e-commerce industry
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven and comfortable with synthesizing insights from an extensive series of numbers
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and regions.
  • Good team player with a can-do attitude
  • Fluent in English & Vietnamese (verbal and written)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
