Ecommerce Manager

About the Role

The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end ecommerce operations for assigned clients, ensuring effective media delivery, strong performance, and high client satisfaction. This role also leads the team to deliver optimal results in line with client-defined KPIs and business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end ecommerce operation for assigned clients, ensuring smooth execution, performance delivery, and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Work closely with team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, driving continuous improvement in media effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and manage plans, ensuring alignment with ROAS targets, budget efficiency, and agreed client KPIs.
• Translate ecommerce strategies into actionable execution plans, while regularly reviewing sales performance to identify optimization opportunities and growth levers.
• Lead performance tracking and reporting, delivering weekly reports with clear insights, implications, and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and consistency across all ecommerce activities.
• Handle ad hoc initiatives and evolving business needs, maintaining high standards of execution and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital media planning and execution, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end ecommerce operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing client timelines.
• Prior experience in team management is preferred.
