Driver Acquisition - Vendor Management & Sourcing, ShopeeFood

1. Vendor Management scope: Manage and optimize existing recruitment service vendors, including performance, operations, costs, payments, and partner relationships expand the vendor network when additional recruitment capacity is required.

2. Recruitment scope:

• Sourcing: Execute driver sourcing across online/offline channels, develop new sources, and monitor source performance to optimize candidate volume and quality.
• Operations:
• Support recruitment content planning and production across social channels, including content production support, comments, inbox/chat, and driver engagement when needed.
• Support relevant stages of the driver recruitment process when needed, including candidate communication, registration follow-up, onboarding coordination
• Support performance tracking and reporting for sourcing, vendor, and recruitment activities as required.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, Operations, and relevant teams to support recruitment activities, ensure timely communication of recruitment information, and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields.
• +1 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, social media, operations, vendor management, or a related field experience in high-volume recruitment is a plus.
• Good understanding of online/offline sourcing channels and ability to identify, develop, and maintain candidate sources.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, candidates, vendors, and external partners.
• Comfortable supporting recruitment content production, including basic video shooting, editing, and design.
• Good data tracking and reporting skills comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel and monitoring performance metrics.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
