Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media) informed by performance data and audience insights
- Continuously update and refine campaign elementscreative assets, keywords, budgets, ad copy, and targetingbased on testing and analytics
Performance Optimization
- Regularly track, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance to make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Identify and implement enhancements through A/B testing, ad copy refinement, and landing page optimization
- Conduct keyword research, monitor search trends, and analyze market and competitors to uncover high-performing strategies
SEO & Local Presence
- Optimize Google Business Profiles to improve local SEO rankings and boost visibility and drive measurable results
Reporting & Insights
- Execute email marketing campaigns, optimizing based on performance data
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content, guided by analytics
Requirements
Requirements:- 0-1 year of experience in marketing or a related field, or a relevant degree with a strong passion for digital marketing and a growth mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and embrace new challenges
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other marketing team members
- Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of PPC advertising concepts, including keyword research, ad copywriting, landing page optimization, and bidding strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics platforms
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Customer.io, Zapier, HubSpot)
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
