1. Job Description
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns across digital platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Zalo Ads, etc.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including cost, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Set up, manage, and measure conversion tracking systems such as Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing for content, creatives, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce marketing assets for ad campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports and propose actionable strategies to enhance effectiveness.
2. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience running ads on Facebook/Google or equivalent platforms.
- Proficient in data analysis, performance measurement, and tools such as Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, user behavior, and target customer insights.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Preference for candidates with experience in e-commerce, B2B, or digital transformation software/services.
- Bonus points for candidates with experience in app install campaigns and familiarity with Facebook SDK, AppsFlyer, or similar tools.
3. Benefits
- Base salary: 10 15 million VND/month (negotiable based on capability) + profit-sharing commission.
- Probation period: 2 months at 85% of base salary.
