Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run Digital Marketing campaigns across channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Email Marketing, etc.
- Manage and optimize ad budgets to achieve KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI).
- Collaborate with the Content team to produce channel-appropriate content (social posts, blogs, landing pages, emails).
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (traffic, leads, CPL, CAC, ).
- Research the market, customer behavior, and digital trends to propose new strategies.
- Manage and develop the tracking stack (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, CRM, Looker Studio/Power BI).
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Digital Marketing (education, SaaS, or e-learning preferred).
- Strong marketing data analysis skills and ROI-driven optimization mindset.
- Ability to write/brief professional content.
- Good design sense; proficient with Canva & AI tools.
- Proactive, creative, eager to learn; comfortable thinking fast and tackling challenges.
- Working hours: Full-time, MondayFriday, in Ho Chi Minh City.
