Job Description

Digital Marketing (70%)

  • Set up, manage, and optimize multi-channel Paid Ads (Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Google) for Parsleys brands.
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Creative Team to develop content/videos tailored for Performance Ads.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and new features across digital platforms to apply in campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, CAC, CVR, etc.) and propose improvements.
  • Coordinate with Marketing/Commercial teams to ensure digital campaigns align with business objectives.

Data & Analytics (30%)

  • Collect and standardize marketing and sales data from multiple sources (digital, e-commerce, finance).
  • Build reports and dashboards (mainly on Google Sheets/Data Studio, etc.) to track campaign performance in real-time.
  • Analyze customer, product, and sales channel data to generate insights for optimizing digital marketing activities.
  • Support the Management team in Digital Transformation projects and AI adoption.
