Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Operations Team Lead to oversee the governance and execution of pricing, promotions, and voucher management across all eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.). This role is critical to ensuring discount integrity and platform competitiveness for ADAs clients. You will lead a team responsible for supporting commercial teams in implementing promotions, while safeguarding against errors, leakages, and margin loss.
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing & Promotion Governance
- Own the end-to-end process of price changes, promotion uploads, and voucher setups across multiple eCommerce platforms.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of discounting strategies as approved by the commercial team.
- Act as the final gatekeeper before any price or promotion goes live on the platform.
- Compliance & Controls
- Monitor all discount mechanics and configurations to ensure alignment with commercial approvals.
- Detect and flag any pricing irregularities or margin risks before campaigns go live.
- Ensure adherence to client guardrails and platform regulations on discount usage.
- Platform Coordination
- Work closely with platform category managers to ensure pricing and promotions are uploaded correctly and on time.
- Act as the main liaison between internal commercial, marketing, and tech teams and the eCommerce platforms.
- Reporting & Insights
- Track and report all promotions, voucher usage, and pricing updates.
- Analyze promo performance and provide feedback to improve future discount strategies.
- Maintain logs and audit trails for all actions related to price and discount changes.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing Data Ops team.
- Build SOPs, ensure training, and enforce best practices in platform execution and data accuracy.
- Allocate team resources to ensure peak readiness during campaign periods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business , Data Analytics, eCommerce, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, pricing, or data management.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; familiarity with platform backend tools (Seller Center, Lazada Business Advisor, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure during campaign seasons.
- Proven experience managing a team is a plus.
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
