Job Description

  • Manage outsourced staff teams from service providers (IT Operation and Facility teams).
  • Act as the primary point of contact between client and the service provider.
  • Organize regular service meetings, address issues, escalate incidents when needed.
  • Provide emergency response; delegate backup personnel when absent.
  • Manage outsourced personnel: hiring, training, evaluation, scheduling, performance.
  • Ensure adherence to clients policies (security, SOP, safety, etc.).
  • Manage operational data platforms and ensure strict confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience: Must be a full-time employee of the service provider (not subcontractor).
  • Management Skills: Staff organization, compliance monitoring, task delegation.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication across client functions, meetings, reporting.
  • Language: Vietnamese + fluent English (able to communicate clearly in daily/weekly meetings or as required with regional IT).
  • Soft Skills: Clear communication, effective teamwork, task organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing large-scale service operations or projects.
  • Multiregional and multilingual coordination skills.
  • Strong decision-making and emergency handling capabilities.
