- SLA / Audit Standards Development: Define station and repair management standards
- Documentation & SOP Maintenance: Write and update process documents
- O&M and Repair Team Management: Internal reporting, anomaly tracking
2. Warehouse & Asset Management
- Inbound/Outbound & Inventory Management: Record transfers between central warehouse and shops
- Procurement / Customs / Reconciliation: Handle documents based on quotes and import/export
- JVC/Bike Point Material Requests: Prepare materials based on site needs
- Shipping & Logistics Coordination: Arrange delivery and liaise with carriers
- Inventory Monitoring & Restocking: Forecast restocking needs based on consumption
3. Customer Service CSS
- Customer Complaints & Usage Support: Assist with swap issues, battery retrieval failures
- Major Incident Intervention: Immediate response to critical issues
- Test Ride Instruction: Basic Rider Guidance
- QA Documentation & FAQ Updates: Compile common questions for internal use
- Incident Escalation & Reporting: Maintain and update escalation procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Having at least 3 years of experience in 2-wheeler motorcycle service and maintenance mechanic.
- Good Customer Service skills
- Inventory & warehouse experience (nice to have)
- Proficient English (4 skills)
- Chinese language (added advantage)
